About MARIE FRANCE

                                            

Founded and created by Marie-France Ingrand, born in the Democratic republic of Congo, in a family of  well established business Entrepreneurs at the heart of capital city of Kinshasa. From an early age Marie France has always been very interested in fine jewelry. Being born in a country with one of the world largest mineral reserves, Marie-france has always been passionate in the art craft of creating gold Jewelry with precious and semi-precious stones 

Throughout her years in school Marie-France studied art, Science  Economics and worked in some of prestigious fashion house in London. Within this time she learned to listen and identify different customers need, study the luxury industry and observe the changement in the fashion trends. 

After her studies Marie-France moved to Antibes the French Riviera on the mediterranean sea. The home of Picasso, pottery, fine food and wine and where the rich want to be seen and unseen!.

Being in love with the mediterranean way of living and surrounding Marie-France decided to pursue her childhood dream and create fine handmade Jewelries. Meaningful designs that has a direct relation to the wearer health and mental being.  

As an African jewelry designer, the Earthness of raw African natural beauty surroundings and the golden rich mediterranean summer sunset over the sea has inspired Marie-France to create her first collection Amber and Gold.

Throughout all her collections Marie-France has only used semi-precious stones that has a spiritual, emotional and  health benefit on the human body.
